HR, Associate Director Description This regional role will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR including; talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, rolling out all HR policies and procedures and building a strong operations team to support the business.
Whilst being hands-on, this role requires someone who is strategic in nature. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience, gained from working within the finance industry and be degree qualified from a top tier university.
Other attributes needed to be successful in this role , include; strong leadership skills, excellent communication, regional or international experience, high energy, resourceful and a professional demeanour.
