Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the end-to-end business operation and support processes, and be the point of interface and escalation for the m-
  • wallet providers and technology partners for issues relating to the technical system operation and customer support.

  • Provide incident management and off-hours support as needed on the resolution, analysis and escalation of operational issues to stakeholders.
  • Provide post-incident root cause analysis, document follow-ups and reporting as needed.

  • Develop and implement a set of system and network security policies and procedures that is aligned with the Group’s security governance framework.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure that the security of the system is intact and vulnerabilities are reported and resolved.

  • Monitor the day-to-day operations of the system, including system performance metrics, compliance metrics, and customer support metrics, to ensure the overall service and compliance levels are met.
  • Work continuously with the technology partners to identify system enhancements and new features to improve the efficiency, reliability and security of the system.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of system changes with the technology partners and m-wallet providers
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and technical test plans / scripts.
  • Review the regulatory compliance requirements of the system on a regular basis to ensure they are fulfilled by the m-wallets and technology partners.
  • The ideal candidate should have / be :

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree from reputable university filled
  • More than 8 years of direct working experience in leading the operations and support of a critical payment system in a payment service provider or payment network environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements for payment systems
  • In-depth knowledge of the security requirements and implementation methodology for payment systems.
  • Knowledge on end-to-end business and operation support process design.
