Sales Support Associate Description About the Sales Support Associate role : In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality and timely administrative support to the entire team based in the Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative and clerical support to team Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices Scan and upload invoices from vendor into system Enter all invoices into system Assist the team on all data entry Process paperwork and maintain accurate records Prepare sales reports To succeed in the Sales Support Associate job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a small team environment.

Key Requirements : Minimum one year's experience in an administrative role Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills Excellent organisational and administration skills in a professional or corporate environment Ability to handle tasks independently and in liaison with other departments / offices when necessary Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Country Singapore Company Trading company Salary Up to US$40,000 Working Hours Full-
