  • Manage global Lead Development Representative team with various locations including but not limited to ASEAN, Europe and Japan.
  • Plan and execute global outbound demand generation strategy and campaigns against established target lists- Develop key contact list in target industries or companies- Work closely with marketing and business team stakeholders to achieve campaign goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple campaigns in multiple regions concurrently- Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities- Deliver campaigns tracking analysis report and feedback to marketing team for campaigns evaluation- Manage team to maintain and nurture along with the leads life circle in CRM system to ensure the database well managed.
  • Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required- 5+ years of technology related business development or proven experience in project management in business development / marketing environment- Native proficiency (or equivalent) in both English and Mandarin Chinese- Experience and proven success as Lead Development Representative leader, experience in manage multi-location Lead Development Representative team- Experience working as the leader of a Call Centre or in Telemarketing- Experience in a business-to-business environment, high-tech products / services preferred- Multilanguage ability is a plus (Hindi, Malay, Filipino, Indonesian, Japanese, etc)- Proficiency with Salesforce.
