The Role :

Responsible for acquiring new business clients and growing recurrent business revenue through prospecting and upselling

Responsibilities :

  • Perform outbound calls to new and existing real estate agents from real estate agencies, to advise and sell online marketing solutions to them
  • Efficiently and effectively handle minimum set positive outbound calls per day
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to existing clientele
  • Support inbound sales enquiries from real estate agents
  • Handle customer's objections professionally and to conduct sales call in a persuasive and engaging manner with customers to ensure closure
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with proven track-record in telemarketing / inside sales roles. Relevant experience in online media / advertising sales is a plus
  • Proactive go-getter, looking to Push Beyond Good, with the desire to constant challenge oneself to be better than good to achieve excellent results
  • Discipline and strategic in approach
  • Possess strong negotiation and consultative skills
  • Takes pride in the commitment to deliver the promise of good pre-sales and after-sales service
  • Proactive, energetic, tenacious and self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
