The Traineeship Program period will range from 9 - 12 months, starting from August 2020.
The traineeship program will allow the incumbent to learn to how to manage the IT service desk operations; learn about software ERP applications and also Business Object reporting.
Provide excellent service to customer and internal stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Provide 24 X 7, 1st level support to end users.
Provide 1st level Helpdesk support for all IT Applications incidents and request.
Support and perform Application maintenance job.
Coordination, management and implementation of IT Application projects, support team member in projects.
Documentation of business and application design requirements, including all documentation such as functional specifications, technical documentation, sign off.
Perform systems unit tests and conduct user training by assisting end users in User Acceptance Test. Communication and coordination with global IT on unit testing and User Acceptance Test
Provide software training to key user.
Provide support for Company-wide IT access control policies and ensuring that they are adhered to.
Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitoring reports for global IT and IT Management.
Technical Skills & Competencies Trainee will learn :
Excellent customer service skillset to ensure all users are satisfied with solutions provided
Proficient in the IT Operations Management with regards to Helpdesk, SAP Applications, Business Object reporting
Understand the importance of IT Service Management and service tool to assist IT members for issue tracking
Diploma in Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
Recent graduates from 2019 to 2020, or have just completed serving National Service.
Able to communicate well with all employees.
Collaborative and shows initiative.
