The role requires you to build and manage relationships by understanding our customer’s business objectives. You will champion sales and growth strategy while aligning with critical sales and business objectives.

You will increase overall performance of Oo La Lab and nena by forging strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships.
You will develop and maximise brands' presence and market share in designated accounts and industries.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of local clients, running the day to day relationship of assigned accounts as well as actively hunting for growth opportunities (reporting to the CEO and VP, Marketing & Sales).
Manage a portfolio of client accounts by building and developing positive relationships often through regular face-to-face contact and meetings, being the main point-of-contact
Leverage existing product knowledge to build and maintain credibility with clients, identify gaps and recommend solutions
Maintain and achieve revenue objectives for assigned account representative(s)
Establish brands as the preferred vendor and prospect for new business using a variety of sales and research methodologies
Orchestrate other brands marketing and sales resources to meet customer needs and maximize sales effectiveness
Identify new opportunities to grow revenue within new accounts based in Singapore
Negotiate contract terms with clients in accordance with organisation’s policies and liaise with technical support staff regarding technical solutions and support issues
Stay informed about the evolving competitive business landscape in order to spot trends, identify new opportunities and build credibility with our clients
Provide timely management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts
Coordinate with Technical, Operations, Finance and Marketing departments
Possess a diploma or degree, preferably in business, marketing, sales or building management
Prior Sales experience is a plus - at least 1 - 3 years’ sales experience (fragrance / beauty product, media / events, hospitality, retail, building and architecture, consulting, networking) with proven track records
Candidate with less experience can be considered for Jr. Account Executive position
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations
A positive can-do attitude and a desire to grow in all regards
Proven communication skills to maintain relationships with all levels within an account
Demonstrated ability and maturity to interact with both internal / external senior level
Approachable with strong interpersonal skills in attending to customers’ needs
Outgoing and gregarious, can effectively work alone and pull together as part of a team when required
Able to work independently to deliver key financial targets
Possess Client Service and Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with a fast pace, changing environment
Product training will be provided
