As part of the Data Collection Transformation Programme (DCT), the Project Manager will work primarily on the data consumption track (P4) together with the working group.

You will be the project manager and primary liaison for MAS business users and work with the delivery partner(s) in ensuring requirements are met on time.

Overall responsibility for the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, stakeholder management and closure of assigned projects.

Project management responsibilities :

  • Plan, document and manage all aspects of the projects and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the scope
  • Review delivery partner(s)’s project plan and co-ordinate with all other project tracks in DCT in ensuring dependencies are managed carefully and escalate if necessary.
  • Ensure the delivery of the Business as Usual (BAU) reports and dashboards identified in the project scope.
  • Facilitate scope finalisation and take part in discussions with work groups
  • Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders
  • Conduct engagement sessions with business users relating to consumption of the MAS610 data access.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with direct and indirect work groups
  • Proactively manage project issues and risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Review vendor deliverables including functional design and documentation
  • Resource management and ensure availability and optimised allocation
  • Working with other MAS IT project managers relating to project dependencies and hand over project outputs to them

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Co-ordinator to lead, manage project(s) from inception to implementation.
  • Have a solid understanding of the IT project lifecycle and must have the ability to develop project management plan.
  • Understanding and experience of IT systems and Business Intelligence Projects (visualisation and data products) in general.
  • Familiarity with the data warehousing concepts is useful
  • Ability to develop comprehensive work plan with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to team members.
  • Identify and breakdown problems and able to methodologically work through and find appropriate solutions
  • Familiar with agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
