My client, a major Asian Bank, is currently looking for a Japanese speaking professional to join their Client Services team in Transaction Banking.
You will be responsible to provide daily customer support for the whole spectrum of our transaction banking products. You will also be expected to undertake end to end SMART&TS onboarding process from platform explanation to user training.
To provide client service for our transaction banking products.
To conduct investigation into client's issue working with other stakeholders
To be responsible for end to end process of SMART&TS customer on-boarding
To cross sell & expand client's usage of our transaction banking products.
Degree holder in Banking / Finance or equivalent qualifications.
At least 1 year of experience in a client servicing role. Banking experience and / or relevant knowledge in transaction banking client servicing would be a plus.
Relevant knowledge in internet banking platform advantageous.
Good leadership skills advantageous.
Analytical, good presentation skills & service oriented.
Pleasant, extroverted & good in managing customer relationship.
