We are recruiting for a position that provides an excellent opportunity to work in a multicultural, dynamic and fast-paced HR Consulting environment.

Your team will be responsible for translating clients’ HR requirements into functional and technical specifications, providing high-

quality recommendations before implementing one of our HR solutions.

This role requires you to work independently on small projects and work within a team for larger projects.

Our HRIS Functional / Technical consultants typically possess :

  • Understanding of the HR function
  • A recognised university degree in IT-related and / or HR-related courses
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with HRIS applications
  • Functional and technical knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Fusion, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday would be an advantage
  • Soft Skills that would set you apart are :

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Consultative approach with a focus on the client experience
  • Ability to identify and report project risks
  • Ability to handle multiple / shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to present and interpret data in a meaningful way to clients
  • Fresh graduates with strong credentials may be considered.
