ResponsibilitiesOur Global Agency team works with leading global agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate its overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions.
As our APAC Agency Development Leader, you will build C-Level relationships and develop innovative and commercially viable partnerships with key global agencies in Asia-Pacific based out of Singapore.
You will also manage complex client relationships and bring a thorough understanding of the overall APAC business, building strong relationships with our highest priority accounts, and expanding our overall industry impact and ecosystem.
This role will work with cross-functional teams to define APAC market strategies, lead overall agency product enablement and contribute to building a world class team and culture.
Partner and drive adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through building strategic partnerships with global agencies in APAC - Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional client decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech and data needs- Design overall digital marketing and product development strategies with global agencies and advertisers - Implement overall trading partnership agreement with a targeted goal of building long-term and commercially viable partnership - Drive thought leadership / strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.
g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets - Collaborate with regional and local agency teams on key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and competitive sellingQualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of APAC agency development and management experience.- Experience in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
Experience in C-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating their business needs into innovative technology solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams- Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
