JOB SUMMARY :
Develops, implements and oversees the use of consistent administrative processes and systems (i.e. salesforce.com) across assigned staff, geographies and sales teams and maintains data integrity on assigned systems.
Manages a team which supports the sales staff and oversees, monitors and coordinates compliance to sales processes and best practices within their assigned team.
Collaborates with legal, product management, finance, marketing, delivery and sales channels to establish policies and procedures which result in the accurate creation of proposals, contract pricing data, and contract terms.
Provides extensive data analysis and reporting to senior management.

Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
Limited domestic and international travel may be required
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Oversees the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the sales organizations mission. Specifically, supports better sales management reporting, information flow and management, and business process.
Tracks, analyzes and consolidates sales performance, sales forecasts and pipeline activity for assigned geographies and sales teams.
Partners with business leaders to create and implement pricing models and tools for assigned products. Maintains and coordinates fixes and enhancements to pricing support tools.
May coordinate pricing and support tools training for assigned products, including owned and third party products.
Develops, implements and ensures the use of consistent and compliant administrative processes and systems across assigned geographies and sales teams.
Maintains data integrity on assigned systems. Oversees, monitors and coordinates compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements, company policies and other applicable regulations within assigned sales area.
Continuously seeks new ways to improve processes for sales and other departments by developing and implementing new initiatives.
Communicates and works with other departments to solve problems with internal sales and marketing processes.
