Cloud Platform Solution Consultant Oracle Digital Prime Thailand Speaking 19000TJM Preferred Qualifications The role of the Senior Solution Consultant is to successfully engage position and secure the technical selection of Oracles on prem and cloud solutions You are expected to work closely with the sales and product teams own the solution opportunity from a technical perspective engage continually with customers and drive the opportunity to sales closure In doing this you build a trusted advisor relationship with key customer executives evaluation team members and decision makers The responsibilities related to this role are listed below Formulate and lead the Hybrid Cloud solutioning engagement with potential and existing customers Lead pre sales technical functional support activity to prospective clients and customers Develop and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations RFP RFI responses sizing and capacity estimation cost benefit analysis derivation Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced and continuously evolving Coach advise the sales teams on effective ways of dealing with competitive traps and objection handling Build Leverage assets that help simplify available information into key sales messages helping sales teams with value based selling business case definition ROI analysis position references and analyst data Actively participate in organizational skill exchanges and transfers expertise to others Design leverage and implement programs that result in adequate pipeline to ensure over achievement of regional sales targets Continuous improvement in self research learning and readiness on the new public and Hybrid cloud services offerings Stay abreast of global and regional cloud and on prem landscape and the competition Extend and enlarge the knowledge base of the domain of expertise by defining new approaches by coaching others and by leadership in their professional communities internally and externally Drive activities to increase awareness demand and adoption of Oracle Hybrid Cloud portfolio of services and products Working with Oracles Consulting organizations and partners to proactively ensure on time and budget implementation of positioned solution REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE More than 8 years of experience in the IT industry of which at least 5 hands on experience is a must Require hands on experience in Oracle database from the perspective of AWR analysis performance tuning database backup recovery database high availability configuration and management disaster recovery database security database options Require hands on experience in data analytics data integration business intelligent data warehousing design development preferable with Oracle data management technologies Require experience in designing deploying solutions on cloud using Infrastructure and Platform cloud services IaaS and PaaS preferable with Oracle cloud Hands on experience in big data technologies and event steaming is an added advantage Experience in software application development using cloud native technologies and agile development methodology is an added advantage Great presentation and communication skill is a must Fluent in Thai is a must Detailed Description and Job Requirements The primary focus of a Sales Consultant Pre sales is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners prospects and customers and internally to our sales force As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision through on line in person sales efforts Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Internet Sales Consultants Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits product future direction and overall Oracle solutions Design validate and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts future direction and 3rd party complimentary products Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical professional client relationships Support sales team in online in person selling efforts with minimal supervision Develop and deliver proposed solution to customers Approximate percentage of face to face interaction with customers to perform responsibilities is 10 PERCENT Job duties are varied and complex needing independent judgment May have project lead role 5 years vendor sales and marketing experience 5 years relevant computer applications or database tools Demonstrated proficiency in one multi user operating system Through knowledge of system and application design Strong verbal and written communication skills needs analysis positioning business justification closing techniques Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments Ability to travel as needed BS
