  • Work with Store Manager to drive Brand initiatives in the Store whilst aligning to Valiram procedures and quest for excellence
  • Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service
  • Maintain inventory integrity minimise stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts
  • Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results
  • Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage, maximise sales whilst minimizing payroll expenses
  • Provide coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved
  • Conduct daily briefings to the floor staff on customer service, month to date sales, grooming and highlights of the day
  • Lead the team and put in place appropriate action as to offer a WOW Service experience to the customer
  • Provide exemplary customer services to floor staff and work with the team to best handle customer complaints
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs
  • Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently
  • Assist Manager in monitoring staff performance on a regular basis and identify areas for training when necessary
  • Any Ad-Hoc requests by the Brand / Management
  • Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in retail industry preferred
  • 1 years’ experience in a managerial / supervisory role preferred
  • Candidates who can converse well in Mandarin language preferred to serve large Mandarin speaking customer base
  • Energetic and proactive individuals who can work in dynamic environment
  • Sales and customer oriented
  • Willing to commit retail hours, weekend and PHs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
