Job Title : Temporary Senior Executive (Feedback)
Period of Contract : 12 months (tentatively Aug 2020 to July 2021)
The job-holder will be supporting the Feedback Team, which manages a diverse range of public feedback such as feedback, suggestions, compliments, appeals, complaints or enquiries related to and / or other departments.
The job-holder will also be required to assist with the development of Feedback Management System.
Job Scope :
Ensure the effective and prompt management of the Quality Service Manager function, via email or phone calls, in accordance with the public service QSM service standards.
Independently gather and verify information regarding feedback received with the relevant Departments, and thereafter, recommend the approach to take to manage the feedback.
Work together with the team to deliver service-related transformation projects.
He / she will also perform any other duties as required by the feedback team.
Job Requirements : Singapore Citizen
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Competent in Microsoft Office Software and Outlook
Good inter-personal skills - ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues and members of the public
Possess empathy and good listening skills when dealing with public feedback
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Knowledge of statistics or data analytics would be an advantage
Working Hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday
