We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our newly launched Advertising Technology team. This role operates within our Digital Product Solutions Architecture and Engineering team and is responsible for creating innovative, market-relevant solutions that meet the needs of Mediacorp.
By applying the latest methods, you will ensure through an entrepreneurial process, the solutions created are compelling, viable and deployed.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Analytics, Engineering and Product Management practices to help our advertising businesses grow in entirely new ways.
The role will also work alongside stakeholders in our Ad Operations and Sales teams. This is a full time position, integral to the smooth operation and growth of Mediacorp's Digital Advertising Business.
As a Solutions Architect - Ad Technology, you will :
Design and implement innovative solutions to complex advertising scenarios where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of objectives.
Work with business and technology representatives to identify functional and technical requirements.
Clear and concise articulation, presentation, and documentation of technical opportunities, constraints, recommendations, and action items to internal & external audiences.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs.
Assess Digital advertising technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware, etc.
Research and analyze market landscapes and emerging platforms, patterns, practices, and methodologies to drive differentiated service offerings.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and quality release of product / enhancements.
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert.
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Exceptional relationship management and project management skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical / Solution specialist in Advertising solutions.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience, building, implementing & managing MarTech & Ad Tech solutions.
Experience with the quickly evolving marketing technology landscape, with subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas : Google Ad Manager, DMP, DSP, CDP, and tagging & data onboarding.
Knowledge of programmatic 2nd & 3rd party data & media landscape & consumer data matching walled garden platforms like Facebook and Google.
Digital audio experience is a bonus.
Agile development methodologies and knowhow of software development lifecycle.
Bachelor's’ Degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Technology or related concentrations)
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding time and project management skills, ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work independently.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Familiarity with online media buying and selling, advertising technology solutions, and ad network business models
Knowhow of database and analytic technologies is good to have
