As a Manufacturing Services Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join our Fan Blade manufacturing facility within our campus here in Seletar Aerospace Park.
This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment inclusive of all organization and planning for maintenance activities.

Responsible for organising and ensure execution of all aspects of manufacturing services activities.
Support Manufacturing Services Manager in all manufacturing services activities for FBSG plant.
Able to plan and efficiently deployment of resources to resolve equipment problem.
Providing specialist support on equipment to operation.
Plan and deliver Asset Care maintenance plans for equipments to ensure maximum uptime. Prepare asset care manual and manage maintenance updates in Maximo
Able to conduct independent check on OEM & Service Providers on Maintenance and rectification activities.
Work closely with OEM and service providers to support services contracts on manufacturing services activities like equipment maintenance contract, calibration, material revert and statutory inspection of equipment.
To implement TPM- Total Preventive Maintenance with Operation Team.
To support MTM technicians on repair, troubleshoot and perform regular preventive maintenance for all machines
System administrator for Maximo, Gage In site & Statutory Inspection Database with all manufacturing equipment records and maintenance activities.
To implement necessary training and developments to Technicians on all equipment at site.
To assist in identify critical spare parts inventory.
To analyse equipment performance (e.g MTBF & OEE, downtime) and impose necessary corrective actions for continue improvements.
Able to read technical blueprints.
Ensure all equipment meet the requirements to satisfy all Health, Safety and Environment legislation.
Education level Qualifications
Possess a degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering with minimum 3 years experiences or diploma with 5 years experiences in maintenance environment.
Knowledge of Maximo or other CMMS application will be an advantage.
Familiar with CNC Machining & PLC control will be advantage.
Led transformation projects and is familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as six sigma and lean.
Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated dedicated ability to deliver objectives in a very challenging and highly matrix environment
In depth understanding of machine tools is essential and experience in the machine maintenance is a must.
Good understanding of industry regulations and experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) as well as other plant and machinery strategies are preferred.
Familiarity with ISA-95 framework and working knowledge of PLC.
Good understanding of IIoT device and its various communication protocols e.g. TCP / IP, Ethernet etc.
Knowledge of at least 1 programming language e.g. C / C++ / C# will be an added advantage.
Application programming experience is preferred.
