Executive, Resource Planning & Assessment

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule class and examination time-tables
  • Ensure smooth running of all examinations
  • Co-ordinate submission, collation and printing of examination results, certificates and academic evaluation surveys
  • Collate, analyse and present examination statistics and student survey statistics
  • Handle all administrative and logistic matters pertaining to examinations
  • Handle student enquiries on exam and results related matters
  • Prepare and present related reports to management
  • Undertake training in all areas related to resource planning and assessments
  • Participate in graduation and / or exam-related committees
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Requirements

  • 1 2 years of work experience in planning and scheduling resources such as manpower and facilities in any field.
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • Able to use and apply Microsoft Excel functions, formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Able to collate, analyse and present statistics clearly and meaningfully.
  • Able to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Pleasant personality, possess keen eyes for details and a team player.
