General Responsibilities :

  • Prompt handling of all phone calls, faxes and emails in a professional manner
  • Follow-up on customer enquiries and requests (e.g. document requests, credit note / debit note request etc.)
  • Process all types of order promptly and accurately according to business model
  • Ensure timely order submission to Logistics department
  • Urgent order coordination & follow-up
  • Credit block timely follow-up and feedback order status to related parties
  • Establish good rapport with customers
  • Timely filling for all related files and documents
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma / NITEC
  • Entry level candidates are welcome
  • Excellent communications in English
  • Mandarin speaking candidates would be an added advantage (in order to follow-up on Mandarin speaking client enquiries and requests)
  • Customer oriented and good service mindset
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Accurate and meticulous
  • Process sense of urgency, with ability to perform in a face-paced and high-stress work environment
  • Good team player with ability to work independently
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working Hours :

  • Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Friday : 8.30am - 5pm
  • Company transportation provided at 7 MRT locations
