Chief Executive Officer - Stealth Self-Sovereign Identity Platform "Affinity Group"

Affinity Group empowers individuals and organisations with ownership and control of their verifiable data, to unlock value across borders and platforms.

Affinity is creating an open and interoperable ecosystem with the aim of reaching one billion users by 2025.

Affinity Group is seeded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore. Temasek fully expects to create a coalition of partners and like-minded investors to form an independent and industry-leading ecosystem.

Affinity as a technology company provides the building blocks to enable Self-Sovereign Identity and this open, interoperable ecosystem.

Affinity Group is validating the value of the ecosystem both by building two captive applications as well as onboarding external clients in validated white spaces.

The Group’s two captive applications, also seeded by Temasek, are :

  • Good Worker : An online job matching platform that connects seasonal workers and potential employers in India with one another facilitating direct, trusted and efficient job matches by empowering seasonal workers in their job searches with digital, verified biodata and enabling employers to hire the right workers efficiently.
  • Trident : A curated B2B marketplace and trade platform of verifiable, international traders. Designed to empower buyers and suppliers to grow their businesses with confidence, Trident connects trusted trade partners and supports them through their end-to-end trade journey.
  • Affinity Group is underpinned by a highly talented, driven and entrepreneurial team, passionate about identity, decentralization and technology.

Coupled with a significant upfront capital commitment from Temasek to support the pathway to scale, the venture is now ready to take on the right leadership cadre to shepherd its growth.

To that end, Affinity Group is now looking to appoint a Chief Executive to lead the venture, and deliver on its aim of reaching one billion users by 2025.

This is a unique opportunity for a Chief Executive to drive meaningful impact and to pioneer a paradigm shift in how data is owned, stored and shared at global scale.

    Key responsibilities

The Chief Executive of Affinity Group will be overarchingly responsible for setting the vision, strategy and execution pathway of Affinity, and will work closely with Good Worker and Trident management teams to provide oversight and strategic input.

This will include setting the overall vision for the company, developing detailed plans and milestones for the venture, and building a world-class culture to support scaling of the business.

The CEO will ultimately be responsible for reporting to the Board and to Investors. The CEO will be responsible for establishing a robust C-level executive team for Affinity, and work in close collaboration with the CEOs of Good Worker and Trident, forming part of the Executive Board.

Affinity Group has strong validation from external stakeholders and significant long-term support from Temasek. Affinity Group is now looking to appoint a CEO to drive Product Market Fit and drive towards scale
