  • Manages strategically the overall housekeeping function with yearlyexecutive goals set, and supports the housekeeping teamin daily operations.
  • Prepares departmental budgets and manages operational expenses withinapproved budget guidelines.
  • Ensuresthat all areas of influence deliverthe highest level of standards, cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfactionthrough personalised guest services and emotional luxury.
  • Conducts regularinspections of the hotel’s front and heart of house to ensureadherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Oversees cleaningand preventive schedules ofmaintenance programmes for rooms,public areas and equipments.
  • Overseesinventory reports and checks.
  • Degree orDiploma preferably in hospitality.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry withminimum 3 years in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel.
  • Oral fluency and written excellence inEnglish.
  • Ability to speak / basicunderstanding of other languages an advantage.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable tomulticultural guest needs.
  • Collaborative, enabling and entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Ability towork independently and has good initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Organised, sense of urgency, and able to set priorities.
