ProgramDirector 5G Fronthaul Field Deployment
Responsible to lead and develop a strategy to influence 5G FieldInstallation Test market and it’s eco-system (NEMs, Operator, SI, Contractor)
Directly own and drive the sales of Antenna Test products (AntennaAlignment, Position Monitoring). Build this new business initiative by gettingmindshare with operators and contractors to develop new methods and proceduresfor Antenna installation.
Build relationships with key accounts in region and drive the topengagements.
Identify and seed potential new opportunities in greenfield areas.
Perform the lead role on a cross functional win team thatqualifies new opportunities, develops the strategy and executes on the plan toclose new business.
Close working relationship with Sales Account Managers, Pre-salesand Product Line Managers to execute the win strategy for selected newopportunities.
Identify coverage gaps and establish new channels in working within country teams.
Collate market and competitive feedback and work with businessunits to get what is needed to win.
Key Metrics : Funnel growth.Sales growth and target attainment.
Strong businessacumen skills along with a solid technical background.
Shouldhave strong domain expertise in Fiber / RF.
StrongInter -personal skills and Communications skills. Ability to motivate and leada virtual team. High Energy.
