Job Purpose :

The APAC Product Manager supports the Geographical Expansion of AAA in the APAC Cluster supporting specifically launch preparation.

The priority markets of APAC will be Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China.

Major Activities :

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing programs driving the adoption of the Theragnostic products into key accounts.
  • Produce promotional materials for the different territories by leveraging existing Global Materials and Materials from other countries, as well as other territories materials.
  • Support product launches activities, such as congresses, business reviews, competitive landscape analysis and any cross-functional initiative requiring input from the APAC Cluster team.
  • Identify and interface with vendors.

  • Monitor revenue data and work as needed with other APAC team mermbers affiliates to provide relevant business analysis.
  • Support the development and update of product messaging, liaising with Global and cluster medical, market research, market access, SFE functions to ensure the effective dissemination of new clinical results and associated claims.
  • Initiate and develop appropriate sales & marketing tools to support the Cluster in driving the business for the Theragnostic portfolio.
  • Education :

    Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical, Marketing or related field

    Languages : English and Mandarin fluent spoken & written required; Korean is an asset.

    Experience / Professional requirements :

    10 years in healthcare industry in marketing or sales

    Experience in working with and supporting marketing initiatives

    Experience in working with several of the target markets (including working in multi country setting).

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to develop and influence relationships with global / local partners (sales and other regionally represented functions) and other functions

    Strong organisational and time management skills

    Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Analytical skills including general understanding of business economics and financial measures

    Methodical, accurate and accountable

    Team player

    Positive, can-do attitude

    Willingness to travel within the Cluster and to Europe (60%)
