The Solution Architect’s responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams.
You should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture.
What Will You Do
Gather, analyse and document users’ requirements based IT-approved methodology.
Assess customers current digital technology gaps, maturity and come out with a comprehensive digital blueprint
Architecting, designing, developing and deploying new features for applications
Plan and execute functional and System Integration Test.
Support the conduct of UAT.
Conduct workshops for business users to identify pre-project requirements
Assess and manage vendors (according to project needs), focusing on communication of requirements, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
What Do We Want
Degree in Business or Computing or related discipline with an emphasis in information systems
At Least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is a must and project management skills, a plus
Self-driven individual and able to work in a matrix organization
Creative and possess strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Attention to details, tenacity and patience and able to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Focus on team KPI
