JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities :
In charge of sales generation for Singapore market and collaborate with the service and sales managers where required.
Develop new customer base and generate new leads through cold calling, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Exploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment / Product.
Conduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers.
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers.
Work with project team to conduct site surveys and prepare project proposals for clients based on customers’ requirements.
Negotiate quotation, tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both customer & company needs.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and aftersales technical support including calibration & repairs, hardware products and analysis software.
Conduct product and application training to clients and staff internally.
Support order processing with any inquiries related to packaging items and part number.
Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong sales contacts in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals, Marine & Shipping, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and any other industries.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales in relevant industries
Experience and understanding of rotating machinery in relevant industries
Prior working experiences with laser shaft alignment, vibration analysis and / or Online condition monitoring is preferred.
Possess strong presentation skills and communication with clients.
Good command of English, oral & written.
May be required to work in petrochemical, shipyard, confined space, marine engine room environment occasionally.
Preferably possess a Class 3 driving license and own a car.
