You will play a key role in leading a team of officers that administers and implements measures and policies to ensure proper collection of vehicle taxes and fees, and licensing of vehicles.

You will ensure the effective execution of work procedures and operational performance for new and existing policy initiatives.

Interaction with members of public (vehicle owners, motorists, etc) is expected in the job.

You will also have an opportunity to support the organisation’s Smart Nation initiatives through business process re-engineering and conducting user testing of business systems to enhance the delivery of LTA’s services.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in regulations / operations
  • Those who possess other qualifications with more than 15 years of operations experience may also apply
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organised and meticulous with numbers
  • Resourceful, analytical, self-confident and thrive in a demanding work environment
  • Self-motivated and service oriented
