  • Attend to service enquiries and provide technical support to broadband customers, including remote troubleshooting and diagnosis
  • Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related technical disciplines with interest in technology
  • At least 1 year technical support experience. Experience in an ISP business would be an advantage.
  • Good spoken English is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be prepared to work on shifts and public holidays
