CATERING COMPANY Looking for Experienced Chinese Chef Salary Range 2k 2.8k + (Profit Sharing) Working Location : Jurong Fishery Port Responsibilities : Assist in wide range of kitchen operations.
Preparing of food ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes. Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items Manage and maintain the hygiene standards established.
Responsible for cooking duties platting buffet organised and plan menu Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements : Minimum 3 year of experience in F&B industry Well versed in Chinese cooking method Experienced in catering will be a bonus Ability to work independently as well as in a team 6 working days per week, 12 hours per day with the ability to work on weekends / public holiday 7am to 7pm Prefer someone who stay near jurong Only Singaporean and PR may apply
