JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide administrative and technical support in all activities related to technology support and training as well as technical helpdesk functions, including development and delivery of training.

  • Conducts technical training / briefings related to the use of the University's Learning Management System (LMS) and related tools
  • Develops and updates relevant technical guides and online videos / tutorials
  • Performs technical helpdesk and related administrative duties
  • Oversees review and updates on technical helpdesk FAQs
  • Investigates and recommends use of relevant education technology tools that enhance teaching and learning
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in Multimedia / IT / Educational Technology or related disciplines, preferably in institutions of higher learning
  • IT Savvy
  • Experience in either servicing Technical Helpdesk or conducting Technical Training
  • Experience in Project Management will be an advantage
  • Operation knowledge of : Windows operating systems and Office Productivity suite Multimedia and Web Design authoring tools Learning Management System will be an advantage Customer Relationship Management System will be an advantage
