Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and follow up on participation in remuneration surveys and market researches
  • Support of the analysis of current compensation and benefits competitiveness against trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Administer annual salary review and performance appraisal exercise
  • Administer salary and leave matters for staff as required
  • Administer Expatriate matters from offering stage to repatriation stage
  • Assist manager to formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Update HR policy manual and other HR communication tools
  • Manage respective access to SAP HR Module. Details are in the Authorization Management for Human Resource Module
  • Support in system enhancement activities including preparing URD (User Requirements Descriptions) and performing UAT (User Acceptance Test)
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experiences in Multi-National Corporation environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills including Vlookup and Pivot Table
  • Excellent writing skills
  • SAP proficiency and working experience in semiconductor waferfab environment and Human
  • Resources will be an added advantage
