  • Own the P&L of the category accounting for significant annual budget across our organisation footprint
  • Drive, manage and execute the merchant acquisition and sales strategies for all category
  • Lead the team through bottom up plans building the category with strategic thinking, strong rational and analysis of historical performance
  • Ensure alignment between in-country teams, client / distribution partners to offer the best possible representation and service to end customers
  • Create the optimal user & merchant journey on the platform and align with the product teams
  • Manage all internal processes related to users, merchant, on-boarding, buying flows, drop offs, support, finance, billing and reporting
  • Manage key sellers relationships, locally and internationally, to ensure optimum quality and inventories
  • Create regional and global partnerships to leverage on innovative inventory and revenue models
  • Understand industry trends and identify opportunities for CXA
  • Requirements :

  • A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual with strong performance record
  • 6-7 years of category management, preferably in health & beauty in an regional ecommerce setup
  • BD & partnership experience with experience in managing large multi brands sellers
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong strategy skills and ability to translate them into tangible outcomes
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on, extremely pragmatic, risk taker and entrepreneurial
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Thrives in an uncompromisingly fast paced, ever-changing and smart-working culture
