You will be joining a team to formulate strategies and development plans to support the development of the testing, inspection & certification (TIC) sector and infrastructure.
You should be able to appreciate TIC linkages across multiple end-industries, as well as plan and develop programmes to bridge the TIC capabilities gaps.
As part of the role, you are required to engage TIC organisations, government bodies, partners and associations to identify opportunities, and to cultivate more competitive and resilient companies in the TIC sector.
In addition to facilitating growth and development of TIC organisations, you may also be involved in accreditation work functions which involved assessment of quality management systems of organisations in related application areas.
Possess a degree in Engineering or Science. You should be business-savvy and possess related industry knowledge linked to testing, inspection or certification activities, as well as strong account management and communication skills.
You should also be analytical, self-motivated, dynamic, able to thrive under pressure and work both independently and within a team.
Candidates with at least two years of relevant working experience, as well as appreciation of both technical and business development functions would be preferred.
