You will provide administrative and procurement support to Sentosa's IT department. You will assist in the maintenance of IT infrastructure hardware, software and licenses.

This includes managing maintenance contracts and renewals. You will coordinate meetings, ensure proper documentation, filing and records for the IT team, as well as, perform other duties assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Higher Nitec qualifications or equivalent
  • At least one year work experience in procurement. Experience in government procurement would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
