The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a newly established shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations;
Monterrey, Kladno and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-

The EasyBuy team is part of the Accounts Payable (AP) department, which covers some parts of the Procure-2-Pay process for the LEGO organization and therefore holds an important role within the Business Service Operations covering APAC & China.
Your specific tasks include :
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you are responsible in supporting the LEGO Group with consistent, high quality and customer-
oriented execution of purchase processes and stakeholder management, and thereby enable the BSO to succeed in delivering great value to the LEGO organization.
Supporting a high-performing, customer and service-oriented culture within the EasyBuy department
Supporting implementation of improvements using the LEGO Continuous Improvement approach across functional areas
Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global, standardised and scalable processes
Using Activity Based Working, actively taking part in creating a culture that inspires to collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing and incorporates exciting New Ways of Working in the everyday
Supporting high-quality service handling of basic customer queries
Support and basic execution of purchase processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including request handling (in SAP SRM system), processing purchase orders on daily basis and monthly purchase order reporting

Do you have what it takes?
High school graduate up to 2 years of working experience with above average graduation
Preferably multi-lingual : English and Mandarin liaising with the China counterparts
Preferably exposure to purchase processes
Analytical, detail - and high-quality oriented
Experience in working in highly collaborative environments
Microsoft Office experience including Excel on advanced level
Experience with SAP MM knowledge is a benefit
