Your tasks

  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff
  • Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
  • Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
  • Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
  • Customer complaint management
  • Uphold inventory integrity
  • Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Documentation of work instructions
  • Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
  • Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
  • Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager
  • Take disciplinary action on staff when required
  • Approve staff leave application
  • Perform reversal of selected system transactions having inventory impact with supporting document
  • Initiate system change request
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
  • Able to lead team
  • Independent and team player
  • Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship
  • Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Minimum Diploma Holder and above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management
