Join us as we build the next transformative technology platform!As the HR Generalist for our Asia Pacific region, you will be vital in driving this region in the operation and execution of our People (HR) programs and supporting our growing regional team.

oriented, high-performance working environment. This role will require a detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and agile HR professional who adapts quickly and thrives in fast moving environments.
Support, manage and simplify HR processes (onboarding, off-boarding, employee life-cycle processes etc.)
Conduct weekly onboarding of new hires in the region
Be first point of contact for general HR queries from managers and employees in the APAC region
Preparation of HR documentation (employment letters, contracts etc.)
HR Projects associated with business expansion
Support WorkDay implementation and maintain accurate record of employees’ data in WorkDay
In collaboration with the team, assist with the configuration and implementation of policies in Workday
Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports
Assist in monitoring changing workplace legislation via various information sources across each Asia Pacific jurisdiction
Maintain HR Policies
Support the employee handbook revision process
Support industry benchmarking initiatives regarding current and prospective policies
Answer queries from managers and employees regarding company policy interpretation
Support immigration process for the APAC region
Administrate benefits for APAC employees
Initiate and support the background check process
Work closely with the wider People team to provide support where required to ensure a seamless HR service (including close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Operations, Talent Acquisition and People Support & Operations teams).
Any other ad-hoc activities and HR projects
Requirements / Skills :
Educated to a university level
3 - 5 years of HR generalist experience
Excellent English written and verbal communication (additional language is an advantage)
Experience with G-Suite, MS Office and HRIS (preferable Workday)
High energy, proactive approach
Positive attitude and strong client service orientation
A demonstrated passion for learning new concepts and creating new approaches
Structured, organised, detail and execution oriented
Proficient knowledge of employment law, regulations, HR polices, principles and practices in one or more of the following countries in the APAC region : Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, India
Previous international experience is preferred
