CRM as part of Customer Excellence
Drive implementation, roll-out and adoption of a Customer Relationship management system in key countries as well as set-up a regional center of excellence with regard to CRM
Work closely and align with the global functional leaders and key stakeholders (e.g. IT, Transformation Office, CRM, Insights & Analytics) to strongly and timely drive, execute and optimize Customer Excellence initiatives and processes in Emerging Markets region
Develop and drive competitive, innovative, customer focused and structured thinking, solutions and offers through training, best practice sharing and in-house consulting
Design, develop and roll-out sales excellence related training programs as well as soft skills workshops / training initiatives for commercial personnel (e.
g. sales force, marketing, business managers)
Sales Force Effectiveness as part of Customer Excellence
Drive design, implementation and adoption of segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation, target setting methodologies across the region
Provide ad-hoc analytics and insight generation based on available data / market information
Project Management / Others
Support the use of business intelligence / commercial excellence tools and data driven decision making to raise the level of analytics across the Commercial Organization
