Location : Loyang

Work Hours : 5.5 Day Work Week (Alternate Saturdays)

Responsibilities

Perform and manage administrative functions of the department.

To liaise with procurement / sales / service department.

Preparation of all documentation pertaining to acquisition, packing and delivery of equipment, accessories and / or parts including delivery order to return to vendors.

Perform monthly department periodic stock take and maintain stock accuracy.

Assist in maintaining optimize space utilization, effectiveness of workplace safety.

Check incoming scope of supply tallies with Purchase Orders.

Update GRN / packing maintenance list / incoming warranty (serial no.) after inspection with nil discrepancy.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors

Verify condition of stock items received are inspected for physical damage.

Maintain proper identification of items in location / bin with the accurate marking label.

Maintain proper documentation identification of the department activities and to meet audit requirement.
