We are looking for the most talented Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager within the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) team to build and manage relationships with leading brands across SEA.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Solutions and Partnerships, this role is responsible for actively planning and managing exciting cross-market brand campaign launches and collaborations.

You partner across the organisation and lead the internal operational planning, tracking, and performance reviews of the ZAP marketing solutions targets across six countries
You actively grow our client base and are responsible for selling and promoting our innovative marketing solutions to advertisers, agencies, and other demand side partners
You manage and develop relationships with key brands across the SEA Market
You lead the continuous development of marketing solutions and advertising products across the region
You facilitate marketing solutions activities including communication, performance, regional alignment, marketing calendar, and campaign delivery across the region
You collaborate with all relevant ZALORA stakeholders and ensure everyone works jointly to put in place impactful integrated campaigns
You foster innovation to always bring the campaigns one step forward compared to the competition
You do in-depth analysis of the campaigns and proactively propose optimization on the approach
University degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
Experienced in online media sales with 4 or more years of relevant work experience with business development, account management or sales, ideally from working in a sales / media house, e-comm fashion industry or online publisher.
You have a track record of advertiser or media agency sales
You have local knowledge of the SEA market
You have solid analytical skills that enable you to evaluate relevant KPIs, formulate profound recommendations on performance improvements all the way to relevant experience in accounts management and billing
You have previous experience in experience in digital campaign management, project management, consumer research, and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local SEA language skills are a huge plus
