Perform data key-in and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data
Point of contact for customers and attend to their general enquiries via phone and emails
Custodian for the general filing system ensuring that all invoices / approvals are recorded
Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales team including order acknowledgement, processing quotations, POs, Invoices & Delivery Orders
Perform administrative duties which includes but are not limited to replenishing of office supplies
Preferably Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration with at least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with NetSuite / SAP / Sage ERPs & CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
Effective communicator with initiative
Able to speak fluent English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking vendors & customers
Singaporean / PR only
