The Go-to-Market team partners with multiple stakeholders to create and deploy product and sales strategies that drive customer success and Google’s growth.

We partner closely with Product, Sales, gTech, Marketing, Policy and other teams to shape the product roadmap and drive the commercialization strategy for critical products and initiatives.

As the Privacy Sales Enablement Lead, you will partner closely with our Product, Legal, Sales Mastery and Sales teams to create training and materials that support customer privacy conversations and scale expertise across sellers.

You will help shape our top partner’s data privacy transformation strategies and position Google as the customer’s trusted data advisor and preferred advertising partner.

Your knowledge of data privacy, combined with your stakeholder management skills, will truly shape how new and existing business grow and ultimately set the vision and the strategy for how customers can pursue their marketing goals respecting users’ choice in a transparent and safe online environment.

You will ensure that sellers are trained, informed and enabled to support Privacy solutions.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.

Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.


  • Be informed on enforcement of local regulations, in order to translate general comms into specific implications for the markets supported, and train local resources.
  • Lead sales privacy education efforts to empower sales to have conversations on data privacy at scale. Identify and lead a community of APAC in Market Privacy champions.
  • Partner with Sales Mastery, GPL, Marketing and peers to create sales activation resources.
  • Evolve the APAC privacy narrative and the updated global Ads Privacy Narrative for client engagements and Google events responding to announcements, product changes and new regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients.

  • Represent Google externally through industry events and booth demos.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Experience influencing people across functions.
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry involving ad technology and marketing technology.
  • Experience dealing with customers and managing customers such as advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and an Asian language fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience dealing with C-level customers and driving results through relationships.
  • Experience in narrative development and scaled sales training.
  • Knowledge of Global privacy regulations (GDPR,CCPA etc) and local (market specific) upcoming or pending regulatory changes related to information security and privacy.
  • Knowledge of Google advertising solutions.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, project management, stakeholder engagement, cross functional collaboration and facilitation skills.
