Get to know the Role :

This is a fairly senior role, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead who is based out of Singapore and will oversee and manage a team of Salesforce Developer based out of Singapore, Malaysia as well as India.

This individual needs to be detail oriented has experience in developing code standards, as well as a working knowledge on implementing automated CI / CD processes utilising a variety of tools such as Github or Jenkins

Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development of design and functional specifications

Guide on Developer Resources and Utilization. Maintain and operate code deployments from Sandbox environment to production.

Code, test and debug new Salesforce builds as well as perform maintenance and enhancements to existing builds

Analyze and review all functional and technical requirements. Translating design specifications from Functional Consultants

Take technical ownership and document technical enhancements, changes or new features

Maintain feature or application integrity throughout development, testing and production stages

Guide other developers on analysis, design code, test configuration and modify salesforce projects and enhancements

Preparation of SIT / UAT data, plan and conduct them post every sprint cycle. Ensuring that system improvements are successfully implemented.

Work in close collaboration with Salesforce Enablement Lead and Project Manager

Comply and provide guidance with Software Development Lifecycle methodology and governance strategies

Contribute to and modify Automated Test Setup

Troubleshoot software issues, data accuracy and performance issues

The must haves :

Strong technical foundation and hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK APIs), Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, inbound & outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, middleware, etc.

Experience with Salesforce Platform including, but not limited to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and / or Community Cloud.

Working experience with Jenkins & Github

Working experience with CI / CD

Exposure in automating CI / CD

Demonstrated ability to support Release Operations : production environments, mission-critical internal tools administration in a Help Desk, and zero downtime framework.

Having Salesforce certification on Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II

Having advanced Salesforce certification such as Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Sharing and Data Visibility Designer is a plus

Engagements

Participate and lead in Salesforce architecture and design discussions.

Pivots easily within an agile and amorphous environment. Comfortable with a high degree of change

Assist Salesforce Program Architect and Solution Architect in post-implementation support and system enhancements

Assist in training less experienced software development team members

Assist and guide Development Operations Manager in release management and branching

Lead teams in SIT & UAT sessions

PIC in P1 and P0 crisis management for all involved developers in the related project
