  • Develop the overall social listening strategy, guidance and ops
  • Consult stakeholders on topics for social listening, define objectives and set deliverables for standard and custom reports
  • Design, implement, capture and analyze data from social tools and translate them into actionable business / campaign insights.
  • Pull and interpret data from social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers etc
  • Regular monitoring and refinement of query parameter set-up to ensure accurate and insightful mention analysis
  • Able to translate data for presentation visually into a story using excel and powerpoint - charts, tables, infographics and provide actionable insights based on the data
  • Support and partner with the different marketing teams to leverage and integrate the data into the overall strategy planning and reporting
  • Monitor on-going and on-demand social reports and insights companywide across BUs, artistes and campaigns
  • Identify influencers and advocates for campaigns / brands to work with
  • Manage a deliverable recurring and adhoc social listening calendar
  • Monitor and report on social trends in the industry and competitor. Share case studies and best practices with stakeholders.
  • Set up social listening policies and processes and ensure the company adheres and complies to social listening SOPs
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Statistics / Computer Science / Information Technology
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in marketing / business analytics with a min of 3 years in social analytics
  • Hands on experience with social media tools such as Digimind, Socialbakers, Meltwater, Sprinklr etc
  • Familiar and understanding of social media platforms and forums such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Tumblr, YouTube etc
  • Creative, curious and an analytical mind. A wonder with numbers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A responsible self-starter with a proactive and go-getter mindset
  • Mix of business sense and technical understanding
  • Able to manage stakeholders at all levels with good presentation skills catered to different types of audiences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good strategic understanding of social listening from a business perspective
  • Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
