Daily store operation (POS task, store opening / closing, making staff schedules, training staffs, sales money management, goods ordering task, daily delivery task, store storage task, selling place task,customer service, cleaning, in store campaign planning and execution)
Instructing and evaluating store staffs as one of the management team
Supporting to handle the brand promotion projects which occasionally happen in Singapore or / and the
South East Asia with local partners
Co working with Japanese HQ team for further business planning and projects
Well familiar with a retail store operation
Standard capability of Excel / Power Point
Good presentation skills with reasonable logical thinking and precise targeting.
Good sense of numbers / calculation
Potentiality and willingness with which the company could assign other business tasks than retail business in future requested (corporate planning, negotiation skill, management skill)
Critical thinking and instructing from management point of view required.
Capability of speaking Japanese can be advantage to liaise with Japan team
Skills of designing with photoshop / illustrator can be advantage
Experience of handling SAP software can be advantage
