Responsibilities includeoffering guidance, best practices and support across businesses, leading riskreviews and vulnerability assessments, identifying threats, communicating withsenior leaders and other stakeholders, and managing budgets.

The Information Security Manager (ISM) role will be part of the globalRegulatory, Audit & Client Management team and will be responsible forsupporting and managing regulatory inspections, internal and external audit and2nd line of defense assessment activities as well as Clientresponses for APAC.

Success requires a combination of strong presentation andsenior stakeholder management skills, execution skills , regulatory managementexperiences and building strong rapport with all regional stakeholders and theLine of Business ISMs operating in Asia.

Attention to detail and ability towork under time constrain is also key to the success of the role.

This role requires a widevariety of strengths and capabilities, including :

  • Strong leadershipskills with exceptional communication and presence
  • Advancedknowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices, andexperience working across large environments
  • Ability tocollaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm toaccomplish common goals
  • Proficiency ininformation security domains, including policies and standards, risk andcontrol assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technologyresiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management,secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management and dataprotection
  • Riskand Control Experience

  • Minimum 10 years ofexperience in Technology, Technology Risk Management or TechnologyAudit working for a financial institution.
  • Strong understandingof control frameworks and industry standards
  • Applied experience intechnology control assurance and control issue remediation.
  • Strong understandingof Application and Infrastructure controls and best practices
  • Strong understandingof regional IT regulations
  • KeyTechnology Skills

  • Goodcommand of MS Office skills especially Microsoft PowerPoint and MicrosoftExcel.
  • Abilityto work on large amount of data and collate the information from multiplerepositories.
  • Key Soft skills :

  • Strong presentation,communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Develops and maintainseffective working relationships with the stakeholders and the various controlor extended control functions.
  • Client focused andservice orientated. Proactively engages with stakeholders and maintainseffective working relationships.
  • Ability to handledifficult discussions and present complex technical issues to non-technicalaudiences.
  • Demonstrates andfosters teamwork. Ability to work as part of a team and to make positivecontributions.
  • Strong diversityskills able to communicate effectively with people from different culturalbackgrounds.
  • PreferredSkills / Other Considerations

  • CRISC, CISSPor CISA qualifications preferred
  • Project managementexperience would be preferred.
  • Financial servicesexperience combined with Big 4 experience would be preferred.
