Designation PMO Job Description Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support for on-time delivery of programs at various levels of governance (Team meetings, Senior management updates, Townhalls, Working groups)
  • Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
  • Successful administration of project administration framework, processes and tools
  • Collation of status reporting, tracking of action items, preparation of minutes
  • Budget Control and Reporting - on-going financials tracking and reporting / Project-wise spend / FTE tracking / Resource utilisation and analysis as required
  • Preparation of strategy focused presentation materials and documentation for Senior Level management on a regular basis Additional Detail Key Skills / Experience
  • Proven PMO experience and knowledge of Project Management (>
  • 5 years)

  • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) is critical
  • Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Business / COO / Finance teams)
  • Demonstrated capability of problem-solving, decision-making, sound-judgement, assertiveness
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
