  • Organising corporate appointments
  • Maintaining the filing system for GST filling

  • Job Requirements

  • Have good knowledge of using Mac operating system
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Able to operate printer and scaner machines
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level, Higher secondary / Pre-U / A level / College, Professional Certificate / NiTEC, any field.
