Responsibilities1. Create compelling and effective visuals and ad mock-ups (including branded effects, hashtag challenge, image and video ads, gifs) for TikTok's clients 2.
Develop creative guidelines, best practices, frameworks and standards for TikTok ads 3. Conceptualise, design and produce artwork, illustrations and graphics for various marketing collaterals4.
Work closely with the Creative Director and B2B marketing team to educate the industry about TikTok's advertising formatsQualifications1.
3-5 years of experience in advertising and creative industries2. Proficient in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.
3. Familiar with MarTech / AdTech platforms that generate video ads and content preferred 4. Well-versed in video & mobile advertising formats and content 5.
Excellent written and verbal communications in English; additional Southeast Asian language capabilities (Indonesian / Thai / Vietnamese) preferred 6.
Strong understanding of TikTok's advertising solutions, and the media industry in SEA
