Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide brand guardianship and marketing lead for company and its parks
Lead, conceptualize, plan and supervise execution of various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue KPIs for company and its parks
Supervise all aspects of projects, from planning, budgeting, approval channels and process, meeting deadlines, contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting to deliver quality outcomes and outputs.
Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams such as events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders to provide guidance.
Manage and monitor overall marketing budget to achieve optimal use.
Manage media and creative agencies effectively.
Lead and secure partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.
Work on special projects when required
Provide mentorship for junior team members and interns
Job Requirements :
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industry
Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management
Results-orientated, confident and possess good interpersonal and communications skills
Strong analytical, highly organised and meticulous
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines
Prior experience in multiple stakeholder management role
Team player and able to work independently
