Recruiting HR Assistant!
Open to both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Assist in full spectrum of recruitment process, including posting recruitment ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and filtering the candidates
Conduct initial interviews and follow up on the interview process status
Review and provide ideas on how to improve current recruitment’s marketing efforts and resources
Assist reporting managers to schedule interviews
Min Diploma holder (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (E.g Excel, Powerpoint, Mailchimp etc)
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
